Billy Massey, our audio & lighting engineer gave me a hug this morning. I am not too big on hugs with people that aren’t blood family, though a a little awkward, I felt loved and encouraged.
This is what I love about the church office; people are filled with joy and peace, people don’t pick up offenses, people love people and love covers, people smile at you and listen though they have lots on their plate, they might not understand %100 how you feel but they got your back. No doubt there are things we need to grow; we’re all in this together, no one is trying to compete with each other, but building each other.

13-15It is absolutely clear that God has called you to a free life. Just make sure that you don’t use this freedom as an excuse to do whatever you want to do and destroy your freedom. Rather, use your freedom to serve one another in love; that’s how freedom grows. For everything we know about God’s Word is summed up in a single sentence: Love others as you love yourself. That’s an act of true freedom. If you bite and ravage each other, watch out—in no time at all you will be annihilating each other, and where will your precious freedom be then?
We are set free to love.
Sunday service at The City Church, I was at the largest Campus(Kirkland). My first reaction was, “how can my church be so small!?”
I realized something shifted in my spirit. Through Pastor Wendell’s message on “The Glorious Church”. The Church is too small, and I know Jesus thinks so too. Jesus said he builds his church. How big you think he wants it? How glorious a church you think Jesus is building? it’s about the souls!

時常教育身邊的朋友和同事, 設計是邏輯思考, 用完整的概念架構, 解決問題. 但是, 我通常都少接下句, 真的很不想講, 因為有時候, 解決問題最好的辦法, 只是一個感覺, 無理頭.

Thinking about Church idenity. I admit that, to me, Gotham seems so pretty and suitable, it feels happy and welcoming, but also very solid and firm. But, I was never too proud of saying that since it’s so popular now adays. I have seen Hillsong web site many times before, but not until today I realized it’s Gotham.
People don’t mind using Helvetica over and over again, I guess it does hold its special place, and I guess it’s been long enough to say it’s kinda timeless. Give Gotham more time? Maybe we should just all over use it, and maybe looking back 40 years later, it still looks great?
Or lets say, it’s just a tool. What’s important is what’s behind it.I don’t know where I stand today. I will let you know when I make a decision.

He’s one of my best friends. Kinda feels like i have to write about him some where on my blog. So he’s been working very late everyday on this video game at this company.
Sometimes just think about having to speak English all day long gives me headache.
Last night at GC it’s probably the 10th time he told me a joke and I had no clue what he was saying ha ha ha. Thinking back, this happens average twice a week this past year. I always smile back and try to laugh at it, it’s better than asking the person to repeat what they just said or ask them to explain the humor; trust me, I tried that, I usually still don’t get it and have to try to laugh again, very awkward.
This reminds me last year in the studio, owen said, on some days, he can’t speak English, but go take a crap sometimes help.
Nevertheless, God uses this part of me to do some cool stuff. Somtimes He uses things that you think you’re not good at, so we can give Him all the credit!
